We like to make a fuss of our guests, and breakfast is no exception! We have a varied menu of hot choices, as well as a selection of cereals, toast & local preserves, fruit salad. You can book breakfast on arrival for a small charge.
Special Diet?
We can cater for most diets and have gluten free bread and veggie / vegan options just in case, including milk and spreads. If in doubt - don't hesitate to ask - we're happy to help!
Ordering breakfast
Breakfast is from 7.00 - 9:00am Monday to Friday and from 7.30 - 9.00am on Saturday and Sunday we ask that guests book a slot and pre-order their breakfasts before 9.00pm the night before. If you've got an early start, we can arrange for a 'breakfast to go' bag to be left outside your room the night before. To book your slot and place your order, just complete the menu in your room!
If you're planning on exploring the beautiful surroundings, we also offer packed lunches at a nominal cost. And if you need a hot beverage to keep you going, just drop off your flask at breakfast and we'll fill it with tea or coffee free of charge. At Cartref Guest House, we're committed to making your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, so you can focus on enjoying your adventures.

Breakfast Bag
If you're planning an early start, we can leave a Breakfast Bag outside your room around 7am or earlier if you require. Including orange juice, breakfast muffin, pastry, cereal bar, porridge, and fruit, yogurt. You can select a Breakfast Bag when confirming your reservation during the booking process or you can order a Breakfast Bag on arrival at Cartref Guest House.

Packed Lunches - £7.50
We provide packed lunches on request for our guests. They can be ordered the night before and will be ready for collection the next morning. Our packed lunches contain; freshly made sandwiches with a choice of filling. Also included is a tempting treat, a packet of crisps, a sausage roll or a boiled egg and a piece of fruit. We also include a carton of fresh orange juice or apple juice.
